河北省民用煤大气污染物排放特征及清单建立 被引量:5

摘要 基于2017年地理国情数据和河北省农村普查"帮扶村"数据,以河北省全境为研究对象,采用抽样调查法和排放系数法获得河北省民用煤大气污染物排放情况,结合网格化分析,将污染物排放情况进行空间分析,建立2017年河北省民用煤大气污染物排放清单。结果表明:(1)2017年河北省民用煤总量为2.645 9×10^7 t,其中型煤7.468×106 t,散煤1.899 1×10^7 t。保定市、唐山市和邯郸市民用煤数量位居前三,分别为3.856×10^6 t,3.718×10^6 t和3.313×10^6 t;(2)2017年河北省民用煤大气污染物排放量分别为SO21.24×10^5 t,NOx 3.6×10^4 t,VOCS 8.4×10^6 t,CO 3.204×10^6 t,PM10 2.65×10^5 t,PM2.5 2.11×10^5 t;(3)CO所占比例最高,约为80%,其次是PM10与PM2.5,两者共占约12%;NOx所占比例最小;(4)从空间角度分析,河北省民用煤主要分布范围与河北省村落分布基本一致,而大气污染物排放较为集中的地区为河北省东部和中部,南部的山前平原区。西部的太行山区,北部的燕山地区以及沿海地区污染情况相对较小。 Based on the geographic data and "Helping village"data of 2017 in the rural census in Hebei province,taking the whole area of Hebei province as the research object,the sampling survey method and the emission factor method were used to obtain the emission of air pollutants of civil coal in Hebei province.Combined with grid analysis,the pollutant emission was spatial analyzed,and the emission inventory of air pollutants of civil coal in Hebei province in 2017 was established.The results showed that:(1)in 2017,the total amount of civil coal in Hebei province was 2.645 9×10^5 t,including 7.468×10^6 t briquette and 1.899 1×10^7 t bulk coal.Baoding city,Tangshan city and Handan city ranked the top three in coal consumption,which were 3.856×10^6 t,3.718×10^6 t and 3.313×10^6 t respectively;(2)in 2017,the emission of air pollutants of civil coal in Hebei province was different,SO2 was 1.24×10^5 t,NOx was 3.6×104 t,VOCS was 8.4×10^4 t,CO was 3.204×10^6 t,PM10 was 2.65×10^5 t and PM2.5 was 2.11×10^5 t,respectively;(3)CO accounted for about 80%,which was the highest of all the air pollutants,it followed by PM10 and PM2.5, which accounted for about 12%,and NOx accounted for the smallest proportion;(4)from the spatial point of view,the main distribution range of civil coal in Hebei province was basically consistent with the villages distribution in Hebei province.The most concentrated area of air pollutant emission was the piedmont plain in eastern,central and southern Hebei Province,but the pollutions in Taihang Mountains in the west,the Yanshan Mountains in the north and the coastal areas were relatively small.
