摘要 目的:建立不同批次荷芪散的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱,并采用一测多评(QAMS)法测定其中甘草苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、金丝桃苷、荷叶碱、芦荟大黄素、橙黄决明素6种成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC,以金丝桃苷为内参物,建立10批荷芪散的指纹图谱及其余5个成分的相对校正因子(RCF),并测定其含量,比较QAMS法与外标(ESM)法的差异性。结果:建立的HPLC指纹图谱共标定了28个共有峰;金丝桃苷与甘草苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、荷叶碱、芦荟大黄素、橙黄决明素的RCF分别为1.52、0.71、0.43、0.71、0.56,RSD<3.0%,QAMS法与ESM法的测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高效液相色谱法指纹图谱结合QAMS法可为评价荷芪散的质量提供参考。 Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Heqi Powder in different batches,and to determine the contents of liquiritin,isoflavones glucoside,hyperoside,nuciferine,fibroblasts,aurantio-obtusin by QAMS. Methods: HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of 10 batches of Heqi Powder and the relative correction factors of the remaining five components with hyperoside as the reference.The contents were determined and the difference between the QAMS method and ESM method were compared. Results: HPLC fingerprint was established to calibrate a total of 28 common peaks.The RCF of hyperoside and liquiritin,isoflavones glucoside,nuciferine,fibroblasts,aurantio-obtusin were 1.52,0.71,0.43,0.71,0.56,RSD<3.0%.There was no significant difference between the measured values of QAMS method and ESM method. Conclusion: The fingerprint combined with QAMS can be used as a reference for evaluating the quality of Heqi Powder.
