内燃机车柴油机缸套模拟限位器的研制与应用

文中主要介绍内燃机车柴油机检修过程中更换柴油机汽缸套、活塞环的工装机具;利用此工装可以更快速更换汽缸套、活塞环,它的主要作用是柴油机更换活塞环、汽缸套时不必拆卸活塞连杆,而是利用缸套模拟限位器限制活塞环开口,汽缸套从未拆卸的活塞上部套入,与缸套模拟限位器密贴,推动并延续其运动轨迹,使缸套安装到位,解决活塞只能从汽缸套上部进入机体内部问题,经近几年的使用,效果良好,能够达到缩短检修时间,优化检修工艺等目的。

This paper mainly introduces the replacement of diesel engine cylinder sleeve and piston ring in the process of diesel locomotive diesel engine maintenance. The cylinder line and piston ring can be replaced more quickly by using this tool and equipment. Its main function is to replace the piston ring when the cylinder sleeve is replaced. The cylinder liner does not have to remove the piston connecting rod when the cylinder liner is used. Instead,the cylinder liner simulation limiter is used to limit the piston ring opening. The upper part of the piston sleeve,which has never been removed,is closely affixed to the cylinder liner simulation limiter to promote and continue its movement track,so that the cylinder liner is installed in place. The piston can only enter the inner part of the cylinder sleeve from the upper part of the cylinder sleeve. After the usage in recent years,the effect is good,and the maintenance time can be shortened and the maintenance technology can be optimized.
