代谢组学在类风湿关节炎中应用的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种自身免疫性炎症性疾病,影响着全身多个器官和组织。随着研究新技术、新方法的出现,RA的代谢组学研究也取得了一定的进展。该文就代谢组学在RA早期生物标志物筛选、疾病发病机制等方面的应用进行综述,以期为RA的预防和诊治提供参考。 Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune inflammatory rheumatism that affects many organs and tissues. With the advances in technology and research methods, the metabolomics of rheumatoid arthritis has made some progress. This article reviews the application of metabolomics in early biomarker screening and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, so as to provide reference for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
