中国人居环境基本格局与优化对策

The Basic Pattern and Optimization Countermeasures of Human Settlement in China

[目的/意义]人居环境是城市高质量发展的主要内容。[方法/过程]论文在解析人居环境内涵基础上,从5个维度评述我国人居环境的基本特点和格局。[结果/结论]发现我国人居环境品质由东南向西北呈递减的特征,东南部地区是人居环境最佳区域;粤港澳大湾区人居环境在3大城市群中综合评价最好,长三角次之,京津冀内部参差不齐;另外省会城市和旅游城市评价高于其他城市。最后论文认为要充分考虑自然地理本底,彰显各地特色,采取差异化政策提升各区域的人居环境。

[Purpose/significance] The human settlement is the main content of high-quality development of the city.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the connotation of human settlement, the paper reviews the basic characteristics and patterns of human settlement in China from five dimensions.[Result/conclusion] It concludes that the human settlement in China is decreasing from the Southeast to the Northwest, the southeast region is the best area, and that of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the best among the three major urban agglomerations in comprehensive evaluation, which is followed by the Yangtze River Delta, but that is uneven in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration. In addition, the evaluations of provincial and tourist cities are generally higher than other cities. Finally, the paper believes that it is necessary to fully consider the natural geography background, focus on the local characteristics, and adopt the differentiated policies to enhance the healthy human settlement of each region.
