南海西部W油田水平井中心管控水技术应用 被引量:2

摘要 研究表明,水平井普遍存在见水后含水快速上升这一生产特征,控水措施为水平井高含水治理主要手段,选择水平井开发油田有必要尽早考虑高含水期控水治理方案。在参考大量文献基础上,对水平井完井方式,水淹模式及中心管控水原理进行了阐述,总结了南海西部W油田两次水平井中心管控水成功经验,认为对于选择筛管简易防砂完井水平井,通过完井阶段预置管外封隔器,高含水期下入中心管配合钢丝井下作业控水方式可操作性强、过程可逆、对储层无伤害,可降低海上油田开发成本。同时基于具体实例总结提出了水平井控水方案分析编制思路。这一贯穿水平井"完井+开发生产"全生命周期的控水思路及W油田控水实践对海上油田水平井治理具有一定借鉴意义。 The research shows that the production characteristic of water cut rising rapidly after water breakthrough is ubiquitous in horizontal wells.Water control measures are the main means to control high water cut in horizontal wells. It is necessary to consider water control measures in high water cut period as early as possible when choosing horizontal wells to develop oilfields. On the base of a great deal of reference literatures,summarize the horizontal well completion, the waterflooding pattern and the principle of center tube water control technique. On this basis, the successful experience of central tube water control in two horizontal wells in W oilfield is summarized. It is considered that for selecting simple sand control completion horizontal wells with sieve tube, the cost of offshore oilfield development can be reduced by pre-positioning external packers at completion stage and downhole operation of central pipe with steel wire in high water cut stage. At the same time, based on specific examples, the idea of analysis and compilation of water control schemes for horizontal wells is put forward. This idea of water control that runs through the whole life cycle of "completion + development and production" of horizontal wells and the practice of water control in W oilfield can be used for reference in the treatment of horizontal wells in offshore oilfields.
