摘要
自我效能感理论的核心强调人们对自身完成某项工作行为的自信程度。教师自我效能感是促进教师能力发展的重要内在动力,对学生自我效能感也会产生深远影响。从社会对青年外语教师的职业认同感、教师培养机制和教师评价制度三个方面探析了影响青年外语教师自我效能感的客观因素,并提出了相应的策略。
The core of self-efficacy theory emphasizes people’s self-confidence in their work.Teachers’ self-efficacy is an important internal motive force to promote the development of teachers’ ability,and it also has a far-reaching impact on students’ self-efficacy.This paper probed into the objective factors affecting young foreign language teachers’ self-efficacy from the three aspects: social professional identity recognition sense of young foreign language teachers,teachers’ training mechanism and teachers’ evaluation system,and puts forward some corresponding strategies.
