摘要
以低碳合金钢钻杆材料的化学成分为基础,通过合金元素配比及热处理工艺研究,实现材料的微观组织优化,获得更好的强度和韧性配比,开发出一种UH165钢级高强度高韧性钻杆材料。研究及试验评价结果表明:UH165钢级高强度高韧性钻杆材料调质处理后的力学性能、金相组织、硬度测试结果均满足指标要求;室温空气中的弯曲疲劳强度约为703 MPa,大于一般可接受的50%平均抗拉强度的考核指标。
Basing on the chemical composition of a low carbon alloy steel drill rod material, a high strength high toughness UH 165 drilling pipe material is developed by studying the alloy elements ratio and the heat treatment process, optimizing the microstructure of the material an so obtaining a better strength and toughness ratio. The results of the research and the experimental evaluation show that the mechanical properties, the metallographic structure and the hardness testing results of the UH 165 high strength high toughness drilling pipe material after quenching and tempering can meet all the requirements;and the bending fatigue strength of the material in atmosphere under room temperature is about 703 MPa, higher than the normal acceptance criteria which is 50% of average tensile strength.
