新常态下我国东北地区森工城市可持续发展评价及对策研究

Sustainable Development of Forest Industry Cities in Northeast China in the New Normal State of Economy and the Countermeasure

基于中国经济新常态的大背景,通过经典的SWOT分析法对东北地区主要的黑河市、伊春市、牡丹江市、大兴安岭地区、吉林市、白山市六座森工城市进行了分析,构建了东北地区森工城市可持续发展指标体系,划分了经济、社会、资源和生态环境四个一级指标以及20个要素,利用层次分析法建立了数学模型并对该六座森工城市进行了可持续发展水平的分析与评价,提出了东北地区森工城市可持续发展的对策。

Based on the background of the new normal state of China's economy, through the classical SWOT analysis method, six forest industry cities in Northeast China, namely Heihe, Yichun , Mudanjiang , Daxing'anling District, Jilin and Baishan , are analyzed. The index system of sustainable development of forest industry cities in Northeast China is constructed. Four first-level indicators, the economy, social sector, resources and ecological environment and 20 elements are divided, which are used to establish a mathematical model by analytic hierarchy process. The sustainable development level of the six forestry industry cities is analyzed and evaluated by using the model, and the countermeasures for sustainable development of forestry cities in Northeast China are put forward.
