摘要
蒙古国是嵌于中俄之间的内陆国家。在“一带一路”倡议和“中蒙俄经济走廊”建设的背景下,发展中蒙俄跨境物流系统是蒙古国实现邻国贸易并走向全球的重要途经。蒙古国自身物流系统受限于其陈旧公路网络与稀缺铁路线路,与中俄边境连接上虽通却不畅;蒙古国矿产和农牧资源出口受到交通、物流和贸易基础设施的限制。通过发展跨蒙古国境内的中蒙俄跨境物流系统,能够提升蒙古国贸易,并推动蒙古国形成国际物流与金融中心,融入区域性和全球供应链。
Mongolia is a landlocked country embedded between China and Russia. Under the background of the Belt and Road initiative and the building of Economic Corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, developing the cross border logistics system between the three countries is an important way for Mongolia to realize its trade with neighboring countries and going global. Mongolia's own logistics system is limited by its old highway network and scarce railway lines, and its border with China and Russia is passable but the transportation is not smooth. Mongolia's export of mineral and animal husbandry resources is restricted by transportation, logistics and trade infrastructure. Through the development of the part of cross-border logistics system between the three countries inside Mongolia, Mongolia's trade can be enhanced, and Mongolia can be promoted to form an international logistics and financial center for integrating into regional and global supply chains.
