摘要
目前学术界对新零售的基本内涵、驱动因素、实践动向和发展趋势,以及社区便利店转型升级的主要途径,如改进管理方式、提供综合服务、采用O2O模式等进行了研究,但对新零售与社区便利店转型升级的研究尚处于起步阶段。现有研究还存在视角单一、深度不够、案例缺乏等问题,未来需要对“新零售”时代社区便利店转型升级的理论、动因、路径、策略、案例等进行深入系统的研究。
At present, the academic circles have studied the basic connotation, driving factors, practical trends and development trends of new retail, as well as the main ways of transformation and upgrading of community convenience stores, such as improving management methods, providing comprehensive services, adopting the mode of O2O, etc. However, the research on transformation and upgrading of new retail and community convenience stores is still in its infancy. There are still some problems in the existing research, such as single perspective, inadequate depth, lack of cases and so on. In the future, we need to make a thorough and systematic study on the theory, motivation, path, strategy and case of the transformation and upgrading of community convenience stores in the era of new retail.
