自拟三仙通经汤治疗肾虚血瘀型高泌乳素血症及继发性闭经疗效观察

The observation on the therapeutic effect of self-made Sanxian Tongjing Decoction on hyperprolactinemia and secondary amenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type

目的观察自拟三仙通经汤治疗人流术后肾虚血瘀型继发性闭经的临床疗效.方法将70例患者随机分为两组,每组各35例.中药组给予自拟三仙通经汤口服,100ml/次,3次/d;干预剂组,给予生理盐水100ml口服,3次/d.结果与干预剂组比较,月经证候积分显著下降,泌乳素(PRL)水平显著下降,促卵泡刺激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自拟三仙通经汤治疗肾虚血瘀型继发性闭经疗效显著,值得推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanxian Tongjing Decoction in the treatment of secondary amenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis after abortion. Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 in each group. The Chinese medicine group were given the self-made Sanxian Tongjing Decoction once,once 100ml,3 times a day in the intervention group,100ml of normal saline was given orally,three times a day. Results Compared with the intervention group,the menstrual syndrome scores decreased significantly,PRL decreased significantly,FSH and LH increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Sanxian Tongjing Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis secondary amenorrhea. It is worthy of popularization and application.
