八个半综合征7例临床和影像分析

目的总结八个半综合征的临床和影像学特点.方法回顾性分析住院八个半综合征患者的临床资料,对患者的神经系统症状体征、磁共振成像(MRI)检查结果等进行描述性分析.结果本资料共纳入7例患者,2例患者以典型八个半综合征症状起病,其余以部分症状起病,后逐渐出现典型八个半综合征,4例患者伴有头晕.病因方面,6例经头颅磁共振证实为桥脑被盖部腔隙性梗死,1例经头颅CT证实为桥脑出血.结论八个半综合征临床表现可不典型,仔细查体可避免误诊.

Objective To summarize the clinical and imaging characteristics in patients with eight-and-a-half syndrome. Methods Clinical materials of the inpatients with eight-and-a-half syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. The nervous system symptoms,clinical features,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)were descriptively analyzed. Results Seven patients were enrolled in this study. Typical eight-and-a-half syndrome symptoms were found in 2 patients, and some symptoms were found in the rest. Typical eight-and-a-half syndrome gradually appeared after that. Four patients were accompanied by dizziness. In etiology, 6 cases were confirmed by cranial magnetic resonance as pontine tegmental lacunar infarction and 1 case as pontine hemorrhage by cranial CT. Conclusion Eight-and-a-half syndrome can be atypical,careful physical examination can avoid misdiagnosis.
