摘要
根据无铆钉铆接接头拉剪实验失效模式和接头截面几何尺寸给出拉剪强度计算公式,经过不同材料组合验证,计算公式与实际拉剪强度有较好的一致性。基于上述结果,在不破坏无铆钉铆接接头的前提下,根据实验材料厚度、凸凹模几何尺寸,建立关键尺寸估算模型,推导出拉剪强度估算公式,为实际生产提供参考和指导。
This paper presents a tensile shear strength estimator of mechanical clinching joint to estimate the tensile shear strength based on different failure modes. The estimator is validated by different combination of couples experimentally,and good consistency was obtained between predicted result and experiment. A rough strength estimation was summarized in terms of punch,die,and material thickness,when the clinching cross section is not available.
