三节段及以上椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗脊柱损伤患者的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究三节段及以上椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗脊柱损伤患者的临床效果.方法选取我院2014年7月~2017年12月收治的78例脊柱损伤患者为研究对象,按不同段数的固定方法分为观察组和对照组各39例.其中对照组行单节段椎弓根螺钉固定治疗,观察组行三或四节段以上椎弓根螺钉固定治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、并发症发生情况、Cobb's角、椎体前缘高度.结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、Cobb's角、总并发症发生率显著低于对照组,总有效率、椎体前缘高度压缩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论三节段及以上椎弓根螺钉内固定对脊柱损伤患者具有较好的临床疗效,可减少术后并发症.
