低剂量螺旋CT扫描和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描在早期肺癌诊断中的价值对比 被引量:21

摘要 目的对比低剂量螺旋CT扫描和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描在早期肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法收集我院2015年6月~2018年6月临床诊断为早期肺癌的患者60例为研究对象,先后进行低剂量螺旋CT扫描和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描。观察比较两种扫描方式对早期肺癌的检出情况、辐射剂量和图像质量。结果两种扫描方式对肺癌检出率、肺癌毛刺征、血管集束征、分叶征和空泡征的扫描结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低剂量螺旋CT扫描的最大有效辐射剂量、加权CT剂量指数(CTDIw)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)均明显低于常规剂量螺旋CT扫描(P<0.05);低剂量螺旋CT扫描和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描的图像质量优良率分别为91.67%和100%,两种扫描方式比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规剂量螺旋CT扫描相比,低剂量螺旋CT扫描同样可以满足早期肺癌的诊断需求、保证图像质量,还能显著减少辐射量。
