摘要
文章针对输送带现存设计弊端,建立输送带黏弹性数学模型,利用ADAMS仿真分析软件对输送在启动工况下的动态特性进行了分析,为合理设计输送机系统的控制系统及结构提供了理论依据。
Based on the disadvantages of the statical theory and the rigid body assumption of the conveyor belt, the mathematical model of the viscoelasticity of the conveyor belt was established in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of the conveyor under the starting condition were analyzed by the ADAMS simulation analysis software. The analysis results provided a theoretical basis for the rational design of the control system and structure of the conveyor system.
