摘要
针对揭阳市东径外草地垃圾渗滤液处理站SBR运行不佳所导致的后续过滤系统堵塞、RO膜严重老化、无法达标排放问题,将原有SBR池改造为MBR池和MVPC工艺,改造工程最终采用预处理/UASB/MBR/RO/MVPC工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,该组合工艺技术先进、产水率高、运行费用适中。当进水COD、BOD5、氨氮、TN、TP、SS浓度分别为7 280、1 540、2 940、3 370、12、950mg/L时,出水浓度分别为28. 0、8. 0、4. 0、6. 9、0. 7、1. 2 mg/L,各指标总去除率均基本维持在95%以上,出水水质优于《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)中的排放标准。该改造工程直接运行成本为26. 64元/m3。
In view of the problems of blockage of subsequent filtration system,serious aging of RO membrane and failure to meet discharge standards due to bad operation of SBR in Jieyang Dongjingwaicaodi landfill leachate treatment station,the original SBR tank was transformed into MBR tank and MVPC process. The pretreatment/UASB/MBR/RO/MVPC process was used to treat landfill leachate. The combined process had advanced technology,high water yield and moderate operation cost.When the influent concentration of COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP and SS were respectively7 280 mg/L,1 540 mg/L,2 940 mg/L,3 370 mg/L,12 mg/L and 950 mg/L,the relevant effluent index were 28. 0 mg/L,8. 0 mg/L,4. 0 mg/L,6. 9 mg/L,0. 7 mg/L and 1. 2 mg/L,respectively,and the total removal rate of each index was basically above 95%,the effluent quality was better than the discharge standard of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste (GB16889-2008). The direct operation cost of this renovation project was 26. 64 yuan/m3.
