摘要
湖州某纺织染整公司在原有废水处理工艺(调节池+初沉池+水解酸化池+A/O池+二沉池+气浮池)基础上,改良二沉池和气浮池,新增磁粉投加装置和除锑药剂投加装置。该工程建成调试后运行稳定,出水pH值为6^9、COD≤200 mg/L、总锑≤0. 1 mg/L,达到《纺织印染工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)。废水直接处理成本为1. 35元/m^3(其中药剂费为1. 30元/m^3,电费为0. 05元/m^3)。
The wastewater treatment project was upgraded in a textile dyeing and finishing company in Huzhou based on the original treatment process of regulating tank,primary settling tank,hydrolytic acidizing tank,A/O tank,secondary settling tank,and air floating tank. The secondary settling tank and the air floating tank were improved by adding magnetic powder and antimony removal dosing device. After commissioning,the project ran steadily. The effluent pH was 6-9,COD ≤200 mg/L,total antimony≤0. 1 mg/L,which met the discharge requirements of Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287-2012). The direct wastewater treatment cost was 1. 35 yuan/m^3 including 1. 30 yuan/m^3 for pharmaceuticals and 0. 05 yuan/m^3 for electricity.
