摘要
利用FLUENT中的流体体积(VOF)模型和k-ε湍流模型,对某自来水厂Ⅴ型滤池的进水分配渠内部的带自由液面的流体进行计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟,并通过调整进水管位置以及配水堰的堰高和堰宽等,对其配水均匀度进行优化。模拟结果表明,调整进水管的位置对配水均匀度的改善效果不大;而调整配水堰的堰高和堰宽均能将进水分配渠的配水均匀度提升10%以上。VOF带复杂表面的多相流模型可作为水厂水处理构筑物结构设计及优化的理论工具。
The fluid with free surface in the inlet distribution channel of a Ⅴ-type filter in a water treatment plant was simulated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) through using volume of fluid (VOF) model and turbulence model in FLUENT. The uniformity of water distribution was optimized by adjusting the inlet pipe position of the channel,the weir height & width of the distribution weir and so on. The simulation results showed that adjusting the position of the inlet pipe had little effect on the improvement of water distribution uniformity of the inlet distribution channel,while adjusting the weir height and width could increase the water distribution uniformity by more than 10%. VOF multi-phase flow model with complex surface provides a theoretical tool for the design and optimization of water treatment structures in waterworks.
