摘要
为促进朝阳地区烤烟密集烘烤过程的顺利开展,对安装有自动加煤设备密集烤房的烘烤能耗、人工加煤次数、烤后烟叶质量等指标进行了分析,研究自动加煤设备在烤烟密集烘烤中应用的可行性。结果表明:相对于传统人工加煤烤房,自动加煤设备实现了加煤自动化和温湿度精准控制,降低了烘烤能耗,减轻了烘烤劳动强度,提高了烤后烟叶质量,减工降本、提质增效效果明显,具有广泛的应用和推广前景。
In order to promote the smooth development of tobacco intensive curing in Chaoyang area , the energy consumption , times of manual coal feeding and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves after installation of automatic coal feeding equipment intensive curing barn were analyzed , the feasibility of application of antomatic coaladding equipment in flue-cured tobacco inbensive curing was studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional manual coal-feeding barn , the automatic coalfeeding equipment realized coal-feeding automation and precise control of temperature and humidity , reduced energy consumption , reduced labor intensity , improved the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves , reduced work , reduced cost , improved quality and increased efficiency , and had broad application and promotion prospects.
