微波照射与LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果探析

摘要 目的 研究微波照射与LEEP治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2014年12月至2017年12月收治的100例宫颈糜烂患者,以治疗意愿不同进行分组,参照组50例给予微波照射治疗,研究组50例行LEEP刀治疗,两组治疗结果。结果 研究组手术时间、阴道流液时间、创面愈合时间与参照组比较,均明显更短,研究组术中出血量与参照组比较,明显更省(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率96.0%与参照组86.0%比较,明显更高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后出现并发症共3例,并发症发生率为6.0%,参照组出现并发症共8例,并发症发生率为16.0%,两组并发症发生率比较,明显研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论 与微波照射比较,LEEP刀用于宫颈糜烂患者治疗效果更理想,可缩短手术时间,减少出血量,促进创面快速愈合,减少并发症,值得临床应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of microwave irradiation and LEEP knife on cervical erosion.Methods 100 patients with cervical erosion admitted by our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were divided into groups with different treatment intentions.Microwave irradiation was given to the reference group(n=50) and LEEP knife was given to the research group(n=50) to study the treatment results of the two groups.Results The operation time,vaginal fluid flow time and wound healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total therapeutic efficiency of the study group was 96.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were 3 complications in the study group after treatment,with a complication rate of 6.0%.There were 8 complications in the control group,with a complication rate of 16.0%.Compared with the two groups,the complication rate of the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microwave irradiation,LEEP knife is more effective in the treatment of cervical erosion patients,which can shorten the operation time,reduce bleeding volume,promote the rapid healing of wound surface and reduce complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
