普拉洛芬滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼的疗效

Efficacy of Pranoprofen Eye Drops Combined with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Eye Drops in Treating Moderate and Severe Dry Eye

目的 研究分析普拉洛芬滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗中重度干眼的疗效。方法 将2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治62例中重度干眼患者作为本研究对象,入组后利用随机分组的形式将其分为对照组与研究组,给予对照组实施聚乙烯醇滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液进行治疗,给予研究组实施普拉洛芬滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液进行治疗,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果 ①治疗前两组患者干眼症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组干眼症状评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗前两组患者FL、BUT、SIt、视力检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组FL、BUT、SIt、视力检测结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中重度干眼采取普拉洛芬滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗的效果较为理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of pralofen eye drops combined with calf blood deproteinized extract eye drops in the treatment of moderate and severe dry eyes.Methods 62 patients with moderate and severe dry eye were divided into control group and study group randomly.The control group was given polyvinyl alcohol eye drops combined with pralofen eye drops.The study group was given pralofen eye drops.Eye fluid combined with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Eye Drops was used to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results ①There was no significant difference in dry eye symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the study group was superior to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).②There was no significant difference in FL,BUT,SIt and visual acuity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);FL,BUT,SIt and visual acuity in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pralofen eye drops combined with calf blood deproteinized extract eye drops in the treatment of moderate and severe dry eyes is ideal and worth popularizing.
