宁夏地区早产儿延续护理现况的质性研究

Qualitative Study on the Status of Continuous Care in Preterm Infants in Ningxia

目的 了解宁夏地区早产儿延续护理的现况及存在的问题,为进一步开展早产儿延续护理提供参考依据。方法 运用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对15名宁夏地区的医护人员进行半结构式访谈。结果 宁夏地区很有必要开展早产儿延续护理;现阶段,早产儿延续护理的主要内容以监测体重、身高、头围、观察黄疸、脐部情况为主,形式以早产儿定期到社区卫生服务站进行健康体检、预防接种为主,家庭访视较少;存在的主要困难为入户服务困难、医护人员不足和早产儿父母依从性差。结论 宁夏地区早产儿延续护理尚处在初步阶段,应当努力构建内涵丰富、形式多样的早产儿延续护理模式,促进早产儿健康成长。

Objective To grasp the current situation and existing problems of continuous care in preterm infants in Ningxia,to provide reference for further development of continuous care in preterm infants.Methods Using the phenomenon methods of qualitative research,semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 health care workers in Ningxia.Results It was necessary for Ningxia are to carry out continuous care in preterm infants;At this stage,the main content of continuous care in preterm infants were measuring the body signs,observing jaundice,umbilical and so on,the main form was preterm infants,going to the community health service station for health-based physical examination regularly,family visits were less;The main existing difficulties were home service difficulties,inadequate medical staff and premature parents,poor compliance.Conclusion In Ningxia,continuous care of preterm infants was still in the initial stage,and efforts should be made to construct continuous care in preterm infants with rich content and diverse forms to promote the healthy growth of preterm infants.
