无痛分娩技术在产科临床中的应用效果分析

目的 对无痛分娩技术在产科临床中的应用效果进行分析。方法 将2017年1月至2018年4月在我院分娩的110例孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各55例,其中对照组采用常规分娩技术,观察组在对照组的基础上采用无痛分娩,通过观察两组孕妇的疼痛反应、生产时间以及孕妇产后恢复情况进行对比分析。结果 观察组孕妇在接受无痛分娩技术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇产后恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 无痛分娩技术在孕妇分娩过程中使孕妇的疼痛感明显减缓消失,生产过程明显缩短,产后恢复效果明显提高,母婴的安全进一步得到保障,具有较高的产科临床意义,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of painless delivery technique in obstetric clinic.Methods 110 cases of childbirth and parturients accepted in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were taken as study subjects.Pregnant women were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method in 55 cases respectively,in which the control group used conventional delivery techniques.The observation group used painless childbirth on the basis of the control group.The pain response,production time,and postpartum recovery of the pregnant women were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic effect of the pregnant women in the observation group after painless delivery was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless childbirth technology in the maternal delivery process to make the maternal pain significantly reduced the disappearance of the production process was significantly shortened,significantly improved postnatal recovery,maternal and child safety is further protected,has a higher clinical significance of obstetrics,it is worth promoting.
