中国省际贸易、国际贸易与低碳贸易竞争力的测度研究

Research on the Measurement of China’s Inter-provincial Trade,International Trade and Low Carbon Trade Competitiveness

测度国际贸易与省际贸易隐含碳排放的竞争力,并进行比较分析。研究方法:构建非竞争型投入产出模型和低碳贸易竞争力指数,从总体、三次产业和产品部门视角研究中国31个省份国际贸易、省际贸易的隐含碳排放竞争力水平。研究发现:上海总的隐含碳排放竞争力最强,青海最弱;国际贸易碳泄漏较为严重;不同产品部门的国际贸易和省际贸易隐含碳排放竞争力差异化较大;第一产业和第二产业的省际贸易隐含碳排放竞争力较强,第三产业的国际贸易隐含碳排放竞争力较强。研究创新:方法上创新低碳贸易竞争力评价指标,视角上立足于宏观、中观和微观角度,内容上融合国际贸易与省际贸易因素。研究价值:促进低碳贸易发展,为新一轮的贸易竞争提供政策借鉴。
