摘要
高等职业院校教师的发展问题是研究高等职业院校教师队伍建设及高等职业教育发展质量的一个关键面向。通过运用Stata 14.0和CiteSpace 5.3软件,对改革开放40年来我国高等职业院校教师职业发展研究相关资料进行回顾与反思发现:我国学术界对该问题的研究经历了起步阶段、快速发展阶段、逐步成熟阶段以及多元化阶段;每个阶段均呈现出一定的典型特征;对研究问题的关注多集中于整体教师队伍层面的考察;对于教师个体的差异化研究相对较少,且研究方法较为单一。
Teachers' career development in higher vocational colleges is a key problem of studying teachers and educational quality in higher vocational colleges.From the review of relevant materials on the research of this problem in the last 40 years,it can be seen that,in addition to introducing foreign research achievements,Chinese scholars mainly focus on specific problems appearing in the process of teachers' career development,such as teacher training,professional ethics,vocational stress and burnout,professional development strategies analysis etc.However,there are relatively few differentiated studies on individual teachers in higher vocational colleges,and quantitative research methods are mainly used in this kind of study.
