摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》是我国高等职业教育在新的历史时期发展的风向标。以我国正在进行的战略部署为契机,从“双师型”教师队伍发展现状出发,结合《国家职业教育改革实施方案》对教师选聘的新需求,提出新时期“双师型”教师选聘模式转变路径并建立理论模型,同时对模型进行深度解读。
“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” is the vane of the development of Higher Vocational Education in the new historical period in China.Taking the current strategic deployment in China as an opportunity,starting from the current developing situation of the “double-qualified” teacher team and combining with the new requirements for teacher selection in the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”,this paper puts forward the transformation of the “double-qualified” teacher selection model in the new period and establishes the theoretical model,and interprets the model in depth at the same time.
