关于现代学徒培养标准的研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国现代学徒培养标准应从宏观上的社会及各级政府,中观上的职业院校,微观上的学徒自身等实施“三层把控”;在培养路径上以学徒准备阶段、学徒培养阶段、学徒完成阶段等实施“三段推进”;在知识标准上,既要使现代学徒拥有的通识性知识与专业性知识融为一体,也要注重学徒掌握知识的路径,特别要注意显性知识和隐性知识不同的获取路径;在现代学徒应有的素质标准上,将更加重视学徒职业素质与社会素质的培养;在现代学徒职业能力标准上,不仅要注重现代学徒职业能力标准的培养,更要加大对现代学徒基本工作能力标准的培养。 The training standard of modern apprentices in Ch ina should take “Three levels of control” from the society and governments at all levels macro-level,vocational colleges at the middle-level and apprentice themselves to implement at the micro-level and take “Three stages of development” from the preparation stage of apprentice,the training stage of apprentice to the completion stage of apprentice.In the standard of knowledge,we should not only integrate the general knowledge and professional knowledge possessed by modern apprentices,but also pay attention to the different acquisition paths of explicit and implicit knowledge in the path of apprentices' mast ery of knowledge.In the quality standard,we should pay more attention to the cultivation of social qualities and professional qualities of apprentices.In the occupational competency standards,we should not only pay attention to the training of professional ability of modern apprentices,but also strengthen the training of basic working ability.
