蓄能器主要参数对液压激振台系统影响的仿真与试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对液压激振台系统换向时刻压力冲击问题,为了能够合理选择蓄能器参数,有效提高系统的性能,建立并分析了蓄能器及其连接管道的数学模型,利用AMESim软件对相关参数进行了仿真分析,并对该仿真结果进行了试验验证。结果表明:蓄能器接口处的管路长度与直径几乎不会影响系统的响应速率,缩短管长、增大管径可降低压力冲击;蓄能器体积对系统压力冲击影响不明显,但减小体积可有助于提高系统响应速率;蓄能器预充气压力对系统压力冲击影响明显,当蓄能器预充气压力为系统工作压力的80%~90%时,系统压力冲击较低,而且系统的快速性和稳定性表现良好。 Aiming at the problem of pressure impact at the reversing time of hydraulic exciting table system,in order to reasonable selection of accumulator parameters,effectively improve the system performance,we establish and analyze the mathematical model of accumulator and its connecting pipeline,and use AMESim software to simulate the relevant parameters,and the simulation results are verified by experiments.The results show that the length and the diameter of the pipeline at the accumulator interface hardly affect the response rate of the system.The short of the length and the increase of the diameter of the pipeline can reduce the pressure impact;the volume of the accumulator has no obvious effect on the pressure impact of the system,but the reduce of the volume can help to improve the response rate of the system;the pre-charging pressure of accumulator has an obvious effect on the pressure impact of the system.Obviously,when the pre-charging pressure of accumulator is 80% to 90% of the working pressure of the system,the pressure impact of the system is low,and the system has good rapidity and stability.
