摘要 针对在工业性试验中出现放缆不畅、卷缆装置底板损坏的问题,分析了故障原因,基于螺纹插装阀和电磁换向阀技术,设计了一种悬臂掘进机自动收放缆的卷缆系统,并进行了卷缆系统参数计算及优化。实际生产应用结果表明:摆线马达启动扭矩压差1MPa、减速机减速比改为20、取消背压溢流阀,卷缆系统可以安全可靠的进行收放缆工作;增加卷缆装置安装底板数量及螺栓防松,完全实现可靠的无人化自动卷缆。为研发隧道悬臂掘进机卷缆系统提供一定的理论依据及实践支持。 Aiming at the problems of poor cable laying and damage to the bottom of the cable winding device in industrial tests,the causes of the failure is analyzed and a automatic cable system of the tunnel roadheader is designed based on the technology of cartridge valve and electromagnetic directional valve,and then the parameters of the cable system are calculated and optimized.The production results show that it can reliably retract and release the cable when the pressure difference of cycloidal motor starting torque is 1 MPa without back pressure relief valve,and the reducer speed ratio changed to 20.Furtherly,it will realize the unmanned automatic cable reeling by increasing the number of installation boards and bolts.The research results of this paper provide a certain theoretical basis and practical support for the development of tunnel roadheader cable system.
