摘要
针对某型飞机外开式门梯合一登机门在外场使用过程中频繁出现的无阻尼落下故障出发,系统分析了导致该故障发生的根本原因:在液压动力缺失的情况下,关闭登机门时,会造成登机门作动筒无杆腔注油不充分;当再次打开登机门时,依靠油液节流提供阻尼失效,导致登机门无阻尼落下。因此,采取增加1个阻尼蓄压器的措施,即在关闭登机门时,由储存在阻尼蓄压器中的油液补充给登机门作动筒的无杆腔,使其始终处于满油状态;当再次打开登机门时,油液就会通过节流起到阻尼作用,保证登机门平稳打开。该措施贯彻后,经过10000余次试验验证,表明其原理正确、方法有效,可从根本上杜绝该故障的再次发生。所采用的解决措施能对相关行业技术人员分析此类故障提供启发和借鉴,提高故障分析能力,为快速解决该类故障提供一定的基础。
In this paper,starting from the undamped falling fault frequently occurred in the process of using the aircraft's door-ladder integrated boarding door in the outfield,the root causes of the failure is analyzed systematically.In the absence of hydraulic power,when the boarding gate is closed,the rodless chamber of the boarding gate actuator will be inadequately oiled.When the boarding gate is opened again,the oil throttling damp failure will lead to the undamped landing of the boarding gate.So the damping accumulator is added to the system circuit.When the gate is closing,the oil stored in the damped accumulator is replenished to the rodless chamber of the gate actuator so that it is always in a full oil state;When the gate is opening again,the oil will play a damping role through throttling to ensure that the boarding gate opens smoothly.After the implementation of the solution,more than 10,000 experiments have been carried out.The results show that the principle of the solution is correct,and the solution is effective and feasible.It can fundamentally prevent the failure again.We hope that the solution adopted in this paper can provide inspiration and reference for technicians in related industries to analyze such faults,and provide certain basis for improving the ability of fault analysis and solving such faults quickly.
