外源6-BA对镉(Cd)胁迫下茄子幼苗抗氧化系统及渗透调节物质含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以‘沪茄08-1’茄子为试验材料,研究了外源喷施6-BA对镉(Cd)胁迫下茄子幼苗叶片和根系中抗氧化系统及渗透调节物质含量的影响.结果表明:Cd胁迫处理下,茄子幼苗叶片和根系中丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量显著增加,超氧阴离子(O2-·)产生速率显著提高;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)活性显著增强,抗坏血酸(AsA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白质含量显著提高.外源6-BA处理能有效抑制Cd胁迫下茄子幼苗中MDA、H2O2及O2-·的积累,进一步增强SOD、POD、CAT、APX、GR和DHAR的活性,提高AsA、GSH、Pro和可溶性蛋白质的含量.上述结果说明,6-BA可通过增强Cd胁迫下茄子幼苗清除活性氧(ROS)的能力,减缓Cd胁迫的危害,提高茄子幼苗对Cd的耐性. The effects of exogenous application of 6-BA on the antioxidant system and osmotic adjustment substance in leaves and roots of eggplant seedlings of ‘ Huqie 08-1’ under cadmium( Cd) stress were studied. The results showed that after Cd stress treatment, the malondialdehyde( MDA) content, hydrogen peroxide( H 2 O 2 ) content and superoxide radical ( O - 2 ·) production rate in leaves and roots of eggplant seedlings increased significantly, the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), peroxidase ( POD), catalase ( CAT), ascorbate peroxidase ( APX), glutathione reductase ( GR) and dehydroascorbate reductase ( DHAR) were enhanced significantly, the content of AsA, GSH, Pro and soluble protein increased significantly. Exogenous 6-BA treatment could effectively inhibit the accumulation of MDA, H 2 O 2 and O - 2 · in eggplant seedlings under Cd stress, further enhance the activities of SOD, POD, CAT, APX, GR and DHAR, and increase the content of AsA, GSH, Pro and soluble protein. These results indicated that 6-BA could alleviate the damage of Cd stress and improve the tolerance of eggplant seedlings to Cd by enhancing the ability of eggplant seedlings to scavenge reactive oxygen species( ROS) under Cd stress.
