摘要
分别选择4周龄、8周龄和12周龄健康的皖南黄兔各12只(公母各半),利用耳缘静脉采血的方法采集每只兔的血液,分析其血清生化指标.血糖、血脂分析表明:4周龄皖南黄兔GLU和CHOL含量最高,且4周龄公兔CHOL含量显著高于母兔.血清蛋白和含氮代谢物分析表明:4周龄皖南黄兔TP和ALB含量最低,且性别显著影响4周龄和8周龄皖南黄兔TP含量;4周龄和8周龄皖南黄兔CREA含量均显著低于12周龄皖南黄兔;4周龄公兔UREA含量显著高于4周龄母兔和其他各组兔.血清肝功能相关酶ALT和AST分析表明:4周龄兔ALT含量显著低于8周龄公兔和12周龄母兔,且各周龄公母兔ALT含量无差异.TG和AST含量在不同周龄和性别的皖南黄兔间均无显著差异.该研究初步获得了皖南黄兔的血清生化指标数据,可为皖南黄兔疾病的诊断治疗提供参考.
To investigate serum biochemical indices of Wannan yellow rabbits, twelve healthy Wannan yellow rabbits( half male and half female) at 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age were selected, respectively. Blood samples from each rabbit were collected from ear veins. The analyses of blood glucose and blood lipid showed that the contents of GLU and CHOL of 4-week-old Wannan yellow rabbits were highest, and the contents of CHOL of 4- week-old males were significantly higher than those of females. The analyses of serum protein and nitrogenous metabolites of Wannan yellow rabbits showed that the contents of TP and ALB were lowest in 4-week-old Wannan yellow rabbits and sex significantly affected the contents of TP of 4- and 8-week-old Wannan yellow rabbits;The contents of serum CREA of 4- and 8-week-old Wannan yellow rabbits were significantly lower than those of 12- week-old Wannan yellow rabbits. In addition, the contents of serum UREA of 4-week-old males were significantly higher than those of 4-week-old females and the other groups. The analyses of serum ALT and AST related to liver function showed that the contents of serum ALT of 4-week-old rabbits were significantly lower than those of 8- week-old male rabbits and 12-week-old female rabbits. No obvious differences in the contents of serum ALT were found in Wannan yellow rabbits between males and females at different weeks. However, there were no significant differences in the contents of TG and AST between Wannan yellow rabbits of different ages and sexes. The present study preliminarily obtains serum biochemical index data of Wannan yellow rabbits and provides reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of Wannan yellow rabbits.
