铜钱草对不同污染负荷模拟污水的净化效果初探 被引量:8

摘要 通过池塘用水配置不同浓度梯度的模拟污水,以生态浮床为载体培养铜钱草49 d,探讨铜钱草作为浮床植物对养殖污水的处理效果.结果表明:铜钱草对不同污染负荷养殖模拟污水的TN去除率均在91%以上,TP去除率均在96%以上,NH4—N去除率均在50%以上;试验过程中,不同模拟污水水体的NH4+-N、NO3--N、CODMn含量均随时间的延长呈先上升后下降趋势,pH和DO含量整体呈下降趋势,电导率呈上升趋势;Pearson相关系数分析表明,pH和DO与其他水体理化指标之间存在直接或间接的显著相关性.综上所述,铜钱草对养殖污水具有较好的净化效果,建议对养殖水体pH和DO含量进行定期监测,便于水体的修复管理. The simulated eutrophic water with different concentration gradients was arranged in the pond water, and Hydrocotyle vulgaris was cultivated for 49 days with the ecological floating bed as the carrier. The treatment effect of H. vulgaris as a floating bed plant on the aquaculture wastewater was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the removal rates of TN, TP and NH + 4 -N of the simulated eutrophic water from different polluted loads reached more than 91%, 96%, and 50% respectively. During the test, the contents of NH + 4 -N, NO - 3 -N and COD Mn in different simulated sewage waters increased first and then decreased with time, pH value and the DO content showed a downward trend as a whole, and the conductivity showed an upward trend. The Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that there was a direct or indirect significant correlation between pH and DO and other physical and chemical indicators. In summary, H. vulgaris has a good purification effect on aquaculture wastewater. It is recommended to regularly monitor the pH value and DO content of aquaculture water to facilitate the repair and management of water bodies.
