摘要
针对湖南某萤石矿矿泥含量较多、洗矿泥直接作为尾矿排出而影响CaF2资源回收率的问题,研究了一种洗矿泥选矿工艺,通过旋流器分级、粗粒再磨以及一粗一扫四精的浮选工艺,得到了CaF2品位90.43%、回收率58.74%的萤石精矿。通过洗矿泥选矿工艺,不仅能回收矿泥中的有用矿物,提高萤石回收率,而且能减少尾矿排放量,提高综合效益。
Due to the high proportion of slime in the fluorite ore mined from a Hunan fluorite mine, the ore-washing slime discharged directly into tailings results in a low recovery of CaF2. In view of such problem, a dressing process of ore-washing slime was proposed and tested. It is found that a fluorite concentrate grading 90.43% CaF2 at 58.74% recovery can be produced by adopting techniques including cyclone classification, coarse grain re-grinding and a flotation consisting of one roughing, one scavenging and four cleanings. It is concluded that this processing technique can not only recover valuable minerals in the slime and increase the fluorite recovery, but also reduce discharge of tailings and create more comprehensive profits.
