钼尾矿中钼、铜和铁的生物浸出实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 使用浸矿微生物对钼尾矿进行生物浸出,在钼尾矿质量10 g、矿浆浓度10%(w/v)、微生物加入量10 mL(微生物初始浓度2×10^7个/L)、浸出温度28℃条件下,经过21 d生物浸矿,钼尾矿中的Mo、Cu和Fe浸出率分别达到82.87%、83.73%和88.78%,钼尾矿中的重金属含量大大降低。物相分析结果表明,浸矿微生物对尾矿中的辉钼矿、黄铁矿和黄铜矿的氧化作用,以及铁离子对辉钼矿的化学浸出作用,实现了尾矿中Mo、Cu和Fe的有效浸出。 Metal resources in molybdenum tailings were recovered by using a bioleaching process with the mixed microorganisms. A 21-day bioleaching test was performed at the temperature of 28 ℃, with the pulp density of 10%(w/v) by using 10 g of molybdenum tailings, and the addition of 10 mL of inoculum(with an initial concentration of 2×10^7 cells/L). It resulted in the leaching rates of molybdenum, copper and iron in molybdenum tailings respectively up to 82.87%, 83.73% and 88.78%, and the heavy metals in the tailings significantly reduced. A XRD analysis showed that the oxidation of molybdenite, pyrite and chalcopyrite in the tailings by microorganisms, as well as chemical leaching of molybdenite with iron ions during the bioleaching contributed to the effective leaching of Mo, Cu and Fe from the tailings.
