摘要
为探索凌云乌鸡母鸡7~12周龄日粮中代谢能(ME)、粗蛋白质(CP)及苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸(Phe+Tyr)的适宜水平,试验采用L9(34)正交试验设计,通过饲养试验测定其生长性能、血清生化指标和养分的表观消化率。试验结果表明,随着日粮代谢能水平的提高,能量、钙和磷的表观消化率有升高的趋势;平均日采食量、料重比、血清总蛋白和球蛋白显著降低(P<0.05)。随着日粮粗蛋白水平的提高,料重比显著降低,能量和粗脂肪的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。随着日粮Phe+Tyr水平的提高,母鸡的血糖水平显著提高(P<0.05)。由试验结果得出凌云乌鸡母鸡7~12周龄日粮的适宜代谢能、粗蛋白质和Phe+Tyr分别为13.13MJ/kg、20%、1.8%。
To explore the optimum levels of metabolic energy (ME),crude protein (CP) and Phe+ Tyr in the diet of Lingyun female fowl aged 7~ 12 weeks.The L9(34) orthogonal test design was used to determine the growth performance,serum biochemical index and apparent digestibility of nutrients by feeding experiments.The results showed that as the level of dietary energy increased,the apparent digestibility of energy,calcium and phosphorus increases;The average daily feed intake,feedtogain ratio,serum total protein and globulin decreased significantly (P<0.05).As the dietary crude protein level increased,the feed to gain ratio decreased significantly,and the apparent digestibility of energy and ether extract increased significantly (P<0.05).With the increase of dietary Phe+Tyr levels,blood glucose levels increased significantly (P< 0.05).The conclusion is that the suitable ME,CP and Phe+Tyr of the diet for Lingyun female fowl aged 7~12 weeks were 13.13 MJ/kg,20% and 1.8%,respectively.
