摘要
耐张线夹是输电线路中关键承力部件,耐张线夹压接质量决定线夹和导线连接体的力学性能和导电性能。通过对某500kV输电线路耐张线夹射线检测结果的总结,分析了该线路耐张线夹存在的压接缺陷,缺陷产生的原因、比例和缺陷对耐张线夹的影响,并针对几种典型缺陷提出了处理建议。
Strain clamp is a key load-bearing component in electric transmission line,and its quality determines the mechanical and electrical properties of clamps and wire connectors. Through the summary of the X-ray detection results of strain clamp of a 500 kV transmission line,this paper analyzes the pressure connection defects of strain clamp in this transmission line,the causes of the defects,the proportion of the defects and the influence of the defects on the strain clamp. Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions for dealing with some typical defects.
