On the Development of Folk Literature Since the Foundation of New China

新中国民间文学的发展与马克思主义民间文艺学的指导密切相关。新中国建立以来的民间文学继承了近代中国社会的思想文化传统,形成了特殊话语形式的民间文学叙说,近代农民起义与中国社会历史形成相对简单的民间文学意识形态化。新中国建立以来的民间文学突出的成就在于中国少数民族民间文学的搜集整理与理论研究。改革开放以来,形成中国民间文学的文化回归,中国民间文艺学渐渐形成与国际的对话和交流,马克思主义民间文艺学在具有中国特色的社会主义文化实践中日益完善。

The development of folk literature has close relationship with the guide of Marxism folk literature. After the foundation of New China, the folk literature inherited modern Chinese ideology and traditions and became the special discourse of folk literature. The great contribution lies in the collection and edition of the ethic folk literature researches. Since the reform and opening up, Chinese folk literature began to communicate internationally and the Marxism folk literature also is getting more perfect in the cultural practice with Chinese characteristics.
