摘要
文中利用CFD软件,对由萘热管和水热管组成的中温热管换热器进行数值模拟计算,分析换热器内的流场和温度场。结果表明,热流体入口温度和速度越高,换热器中热管内蒸汽温度越高,热管换热效果越好。但当热流体入口速度不变,温度高于683K,或者热流体入口温度不变,速度高于3.0m/s时,萘热管和水热管衔接处水热管内蒸汽温度超过了水热管的工作极限温度。
This paper uses CFD software to study the numerical simulation of the moderate temperature heat pipe heat exchanger which composed by naphthalene heat pipe and water heat pipe,and analysis of flow field and temperature field in heat exchanger. The results showed that the higher the inlet temperature and the hot fluid inlet velocity,the greater the temperature of the vapor temperature inside heat pipe,and the better of the heat transfer. But when the inlet velocity is unchanged,the temperature is higher than 683 K,or when the inlet temperature is unchanged,the inlet velocity is higher than 3. 0 m/s,the vapor temperature inside the water heat pipe which is in the junction of naphthalene heat pipe and water heat pipe is higher than the working limit temperature of the heat pipe.
