换流阀触发回路检测装置的研制

摘要 基于换流阀触发回路的原理,对TCU正常运行的工况加以模拟,研制出基于电压波形比较分析、红外测温技术的换流阀触发回路检测装置。该装置可模拟TCU运行的工况,实现对TCU触发回路功能的离线检测,在试验方法、测量精度方面具有一定的创新性。经现场验证,该装置实用性强,是TCU触发回路功能的离线检测的重要工具。 Under the principle of trigger circuit of the converter valve and the simulation of the normal operating condition of TCU, a trigger circuit detecting equipment for converter valve is developed on the basis of the comparative analysis on voltage waveform and infrared thermometry. The detecting equipment can simulate the operating condition of TCU and realize the off-line detection of the trigger circuit function of TCU. It hascertain innovation in the test method and measurement accuracy. The field test demonstrates the practicability and importance of the equipment in off-line detection of the trigger circuit function of TCU.
