摘要 研究的12扇区五段式空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略具有器件电压应力更小、开关损耗低、输入电容电压纹波和输出电感电流纹波小的优点。基于该策略,分析了三相六开关Buck PFC整流器模态切换,推导了功率器件电压、电流应力及输入、输出滤波器的设计准则,为器件的选取和参数设计提供理论指导。通过1 kW试验样机,验证了12扇区五段式SVPWM三相六开关Buck PFC整流器具有高功率因数(PF)、低输入电流谐波(THDI)和高转换效率的良好性能。 The twelve-sector five-segment space vector PWM (SVPWM) strategy has the advantages of small voltage stress, low switching loss, low input capacitor voltage ripple and low output inductance current ripple. Based on this strategy, the mode switchover of three-phase six-switch Buck-type PFC rectifier is analyzed. The design criteria of voltage stress and current stress of power devices and input and output filters are derived, which provides theoretical guidance for the device selection and parameter design. By building 1 kW test prototype, the three-phase six-switch Buck-type PFC rectifier based on twelve-sector five-segment SVPWM is proved to have good performance of high power factor (PF), low total harmonic distortion of input current (THDI) and high mode switchover efficiency.
