摘要 针对一起110kV GIS母线刀闸卡阻缺陷,通过多次实际操作,确认了操作机构问题。经解体检查,发现故障原因是母线刀闸部件绝缘盆上的三个电极不在同一水平线上,在摇动操作机构拉开此刀闸时,刀闸一次设备操作扭矩过大导致操作机构内部机械过载保护。调整母线刀闸部件绝缘盆上的三个电极在同一水平线后,卡阻问题得以解决。 For the jamming defect of bus isolating switch of 110 kV GIS, the problem of operation mechanism is confirmed through many practical operations. After disassembling inspection, it is found that the fault is caused by the fact that the three electrodes on the insulating basin of the bus isolating switch components were not on the same horizontal line. When the swing operating mechanism pulls open the switch, the excessive operating torque of the primary equipment of the insulating switch causes the mechanical overload protection inside the operatiing mechanism. After adjusting the three electrodes on the insulating basin of bus isolating switch components on the same horizontal line, the jamming problem is solved.
