Study on Secondary Safety Measures of Smart Substation

智能变电站和常规变电站在技术上的不同,使得相应的二次安全措施和常规变电站相比存在较大差异,因此分析智能变电站的二次安全措施就显得尤为重要。介绍了智能变电站在继电保护方面的技术特点,提出二次专业安全措施的一般性原则,并以典型的220kV线路、220kV主变的定检工作为例,阐述二次安全措施,对今后智能变电站的二次运维具有一定参考价值。

As techniques in the smart substation and traditional substation are different, the secondary safety measures in smart substation are quite different from tradition. It is essential to analyze and study the secondary safety measures of smart substation. The technical characteristics of relay protection in intelligent substation were introduced, and the general principles of secondary professional safety measures were proposed. Taking the verification work of typical 220 kV lines and 220 kV main transformers as an example, the secondary safety measures, which had certain reference value for the secondary operation and maintenance of intelligent substations in the future were discussed.
