为使流域内的水资源得到优化配置和可持续利用,保障建设项目的合理用水要求,根据中华人民共和国水利部和原国家发展计划委员会制定的15号令《建设项目水资源论证管理办法》的有关规定,对项目进行水资源论证工作,论证双峰矿业采选建设项目取水的可行性与可靠性。
