摘要
文章以黑茶茶渣为原料使用限氧控温热解法制备生物炭,并就生物炭对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,生物炭对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附效果明显优于未处理茶渣;其中样品SW900对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果最好,达到97.02%,最佳吸附条件为水温25℃、pH值为1~2,吸附时间为5h,其最佳投加量为12g·L^-1;生物炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附模型,吸附属于多分子层吸附。
In this paper, Biochar was prepared by using oxygen-limiting and temperature-controlled heat-control method from the waste of dark tea, and the factors in water affecting the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by biological carbon were studied. The results showed that the Biochar has a significantly better adsorption effect on the Cr(Ⅵ) than on the waste of Dark Tea;the sample SW900 has the best absorption effect on the Cr(Ⅵ), at 97.02%;The best adsorption conditions are water temperature 25℃, pH value 1~2, adsorption time 5h, the optimal amount of dosing is 12g·L^-1. The adsorption behavior of the Cr(Ⅵ) conforms to Fre undlich isothermal adsorption model, adsorption belongs to the multi-molecular layer adsorption.
