紫杉醇注射液工艺探索研究

探讨紫杉醇注射液的工艺条件,以成品检测pH值以及有关物质杂质峰为考核指标,其中以原材料影响最为严重,为此,必须在制备过程中,控制好原材料的质量,并采用最优工艺,这样有利于提高药剂的整体质量。就制备工艺进行研究,为今后紫杉醇注射液研究开发提供一些新思路。

To explore the technological conditions of paclitaxel injection, the pH value of the finished product and the impurity peaks of the related substances were taken as the evaluation indexes, in which the raw materials had the most serious influence. Therefore, the quality of raw materials must be controlled well in the preparation process and the optimum process should be adopted, which is conducive to improving the overall quality of the drug. In order to provide some new ideas for the future research and development of paclitaxel injection, the preparation technology was studied.
