YB617型条盒包装机涂胶器的改进

针对YB617型条盒包装机存在条包内两端烟包与条盒内壁粘连次数过多,造成小盒烟包难以取出,不符合产品质量要求的问题,通过对涂胶器进行改进,采用断开式涂胶工作面代替整体式涂胶工作面。改进效果表明,改进后的涂胶器解决了条包内烟包粘连次数过多的问题,同时降低了材料损耗,保证了条盒涂胶质量。

In view of the fact that there are too many times of adhesion between the cigarette packets at both ends of the strip package and the inner wall of the strip box in the YB617 strip box packaging machine, which makes it difficult to take out the small box cigarette package and does not meet the product quality requirements, through the improvement of the glue coating device, the broken glue coating working face is used to replace the integral glue coating working face. The improvement effect shows that the improved glue coating solves the problem of excessive adhesion of cigarette package in the strip package, reduces the material loss and ensures the adhesive quality of the strip box.
