滤棒作业区立体库调度系统的控制与实现

自动化立体库在烟草制造业内得到了广泛的应用,主要用于片烟醇化高架库、片烟配方高架库、卷烟材料高架库、成品高架库、烟丝高架库、滤棒交换高架库等。自动化立体库由立体货架、堆垛机、输送设备、通讯系统、自动控制系统、监控系统、仓储管理管理系统组成。自动化立体库系统能够按照指令自动完成货物的存取,并能对库存货物进行自动管理,完全实现自动化作业。文章将以滤棒作业区立体库为例,介绍滤棒作业区自动化立体库及其信息系统在烟草制造中的应用。

Automated three-dimensional library has been widely used in tobacco manufacturing industry, mainly used in cigarette alcoholization viaduct, cigarette formula viaduct, cigarette material viaduct, finished product viaduct, cut tobacco viaduct, filter rod exchange viaduct and so on. The automatic three-dimensional library is composed of three-dimensional shelf, stacker, conveying equipment, communication system, automatic control system, monitoring system and warehousing management system. The automated three-dimensional library system can automatically complete the access of goods according to the instructions, and can automatically manage the inventory goods, thus completely realizing the automatic operation. Taking the three-dimensional database of filter rod operation area as an example, this paper introduces the application of automatic three-dimensional database and its information system in tobacco manufacturing.
